Bob is a member of the corporate and commercial law group. He has a wide-ranging corporate/commercial practice, with areas of specialization in lending and financing transactions, development and construction law, and competition law.
Bob has written on various topics including shareholders’ remedies and Competition Act issues, and recently spoke at an American Corporate Counsel (ACC) session on Banking Basics for In-House Counsel.
Bob’s experience in financing transactions includes acting for and advising lenders of every size and nature, from major financial institutions to private lenders. He also acts for borrowers in real estate based and other financing transactions.
Bob’s work in development and construction law includes advising on joint venture and other project agreements, construction contracts, and management and development agreements.
Bob has extensive experience providing strategic advice to businesses. He works with clients to understand their business objectives and achieve their goals. He enjoys long-standing client relationships with clients who value his direct and practical approach to legal and business issues.
Bob holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Competition Law from Osgoode Hall Law School
