Partner with the Commercial Leasing Group in the law firm of Minden Gross LLP, Robyn’s practice focuses on commercial leasing transactions, including office, retail and industrial leasing as well as in the area of corporate commercial transactions. She acts for many of Canada’s largest developers, property/asset managers, retail chains and pension funds. Robyn has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating development agreements and commercial leases and related documentation.

Robyn is an active lecturer and seminar leader on leasing subjects, including conferences sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of Upper Canada, Institute for International Research, Federated Press, ICSC and conferences held at major developers’ offices in Toronto. She has also written extensively in the area of commercial leasing transactions for various publications.

Robyn is named as one of Canada’s repeatedly recommended property leasing lawyers by the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory.
