Martin's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. A portion of his practice is devoted to estate planning and administration. He provides estate planning for individuals, prepares wills and powers of attorney and other matters involving estates, including estate administration. Martin has been an instructor in the Wills and Estates Section of the Bar Admission Course and has lectured on a variety of topics related to commercial real estate and estate planning and administration.
