The Employment and Labour Group present "Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017"

Minden Gross LLP's Labour and Employment Law Group presented a special edition of their Breakfast Seminar Series on December 12, 2017, on the new requirements for employers involving the Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017, which amended the Employment Standards Act in Ontario. Tracy Kay, Andrew Zinman​, and Carrington Hickey offered guidance on the upcoming deadlines, some of which ​came into effect on December 3, 2017.
