BIG DEAL: Enthusiast Gaming closes Oversubscribed Private Placement of Convertible Debentures

Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (“Enthusiast”) (TSXV: EGLX), publicly listed digital media company building the largest community of authentic games, is pleased to announce the completion of its oversubscribed, non-brokered private placement of convertible debenture units for total gross proceeds of $9 million. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as advisors to the Company with respect to the Offering.
