Real estate lawyer, Reuben M. Rosenblatt, LLD, QC, LSM, was part of a panel to discuss "Avoiding Liability: What Every Real Estate Lawyer Should Know." ​Reuben joined fellow panelists Raymond Leclair, ​VP of public affairs with LawPRO;  Jeffrey Lem, ​Director of ​Titles with the province of Ontario; Doug Bourassa of Chaitons LLP; and Zahra Ziaie Moayyed of Ziaie PC. Tannis Waugh of Tannis A. Waugh Professional Corporation served as moderator. The panel was held on November 13, 2018, and was hosted by the Toronto Lawyers Association.
