BIG DEAL: Lynx Equity closes acquisition of Alpine Shredders

Minden Gross LLP, led by Brian Temins and with assistance from Jessica Thrower, acted on behalf of Lynx Equity Limited, on its acquisition of ​Alpine Shredders, a manufacturer in Kitchener that designs and builds premium quality purpose built Mobile Shredding Trucks. Lynx Equity Limited is a diversified private equity firm that focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses.
