Big Deal - Assure HoldingsAssure Holdings Corp. (TSXV: IOM; OTCQB: ARHH), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, completed a non-brokered private placement of convertible debenture units for total gross proceeds of US$2.62 million (the “Offering”). The Offering was completed in four tranches, the last of which closed on April 7, 2020.
