Deadline date set for filing Assessment Appeals to ARB; MPAC Requests for Reconsideration filing date still extended for 2020

Early in April, we announced that the ARB and MPAC had extended the deadline for filing assessment appeals and Requests for Reconsideration (RfR) for the 2020 property taxation year, but had not set a firm date.

The ARB has now set the deadline to file appeals to May 29, 2020.

MPAC has not set a firm deadline and continues to extend the RfR filing deadline date to 16 days after the Emergency Order is lifted.
