Commercial leasing lawyers Christina Kobi and Stephen Posen published chapters in Distress: A Commercial Landlord's Remedy, Second Edition. Christina Kobi co-authored the chapter "The Distress Process" with Sheldon Disenhouse (Dentons). Stephen Posen contributed "The Tenant's Remedies for Wrongful Distress."

The book is a collaboration of leading leasing and real estate lawyers. It is a powerful guide for practitioners and landlords in dealing with a tenant's rental default.
