Big Deal: Eguana Technologies announces receipt for Final Short Form Prospectus

Congratulations to Eguana Technologies (TSXV: EGT) (OTCQB: EGTYF), who received a receipt from the securities commissions in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario, in filing its final short form prospectus. The Prospectus was filed in connection with Eguana’s previously completed brokered private placement of 50,000,000 special warrants.
