Arnie Herschorn quoted in Law Times on exceptions to buyer beware

Civil litigator Arnie Herschorn was quoted in the article "Caveat emptor reigns in real estate law" that appeared in the Law Times on October 31, 2016. Arnie discusses a decision involving a purchaser who discovered before moving in that a man who had been convicted of possession of child pornography lived across the street. The decision came down to who was responsible for informing the buyer of what came down to identifying latent defects.
