BIG DEAL: Enthusiast Gaming acquires Icy Veins

Minden Gross LLP congratulates Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:EGLX, TSX:EGLX) on its previously-announced acquisition of Vedatis SAS (“Vedatis”), which owns Icy Veins. The deal closed for €7 million in cash and stock, in addition to an earn-out, subject to certain conditions. Icy Veins is an independent Activision Blizzard fan community that generates over 3 billion lifetime views of content. Enthusiast Gaming is creating the largest media platform for video game and esports fans to connect and engage worldwide.
