Arnie has practiced civil litigation at Minden Gross since 1983. He is a senior Partner in our Litigation Group.
Arnie has extensive experience in the areas of professional malpractice, real estate and corporate/commercial litigation, with special emphasis on shareholder disputes and defamation. In representing parties to defamation actions, Arnie has had several jury trials.
Arnie has published extensively in legal publications including, most recently, the Canadian Bar Review. Arnie has also participated as a lecturer in numerous continuing legal education programs and has taught in the Real Estate Master of Laws Program at Osgoode Hall Law School.
Within the firm, Arnie is part of the Ethics Committee and advises lawyers on issues relating to conflict of interest, attorney-client privilege and other practice issues.
Arnie cycles to and from work whenever weather permits, is a regular blood donor and has a wide and deep knowledge of professional wrestling in its Golden Age. There is probably no connection between these things, but if you can see one, please let Arnie know.
