Eli is an Associate in our Business Law Group, where his work focuses on corporate and commercial law with a particular interest in mergers, acquisitions, legal strategy, and general corporate management for owner-operated businesses. He works closely with clients in the pharmacy, automobile, and technology industries.

Eli regularly advises purchasers and vendors in buying and selling enterprises in share, asset, and hybrid transactions across various industries. He also advises clients on exit strategies, including succession and transition planning for private enterprises. 

With experience in various industries and practice areas, such as commercial leasing, tax, and litigation, clients choose Eli for his ability to truly see a transaction from all angles. This insight keeps matters on track, reducing delays, and enabling clients to reach their goals.

Alongside his love of the law, Eli is passionate about the great outdoors, where he can be found canoeing, hiking, skiing, or relaxing.
