On October 16, 2017, Terra Health Network Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TerrAscend Corp. (CSE:TER), acquired assets from Canna Relief Consulting Canada Inc. related to the operation of CannaRelief’s education and patient navigation services in return for a combination of cash and common shares. Minden Gross LLP acted for CannaRelief with a team consisting of Matt Maurer, Sasha Toten, and Brian Temins.
