Lynx Equity finances acquisition of Alpine Shredders

Minden Gross LLP, led by Brian Temins and with assistance from Jessica Thrower, acted on behalf of Lynx Equity Limited, on the $6 million mezzanine financing for Lynx's acquisition of ​Alpine Shredders, a manufacturer in Kitchener that designs and builds premium quality purpose built Mobile Shredding Trucks. Lynx Equity Limited is a diversified private equity firm that focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses. Financing was provided by BDC Capital’s Growth and Transition Capital division.
