The article examines the federal Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act, what it is, and whether the law could be deemed unconstitutional. Steven comments on Sections 91 and 92 of the Constitution Act, 1867, and its potential application in resolving what the author feels will be a likely Supreme Court decision.
