Kobi’s practice focuses on corporate and
commercial transactions with an emphasis on
incorporation and reorganization of companies,
mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
He has acted on commercial agreements, corporate
governance, shareholders agreements, secured
transactions and large corporate commercial
transactions.
Kobi’s clients include both commercial and
private enterprises and represent a variety of
industries including commercial real estate,
food and beverage, telecommunications, large
financial institutions and private lenders. He
has experience in cross-border and international
transactions.
Kobi works closely with the American
Corporate Counsel –
Ontario Chapter to provide educational events
for in-house counsel. Prior to going into
private practice, he was a member of the Global
Management Trainee Program at Labatt Breweries
of Canada, where he worked across Canada and in
the in-house legal department.
Kobi is licensed to practice in New York, the
District of Columbia and Ontario. He is
currently pursuing his LLM at Osgoode Hall Law
School.
