Tracy is a member of the Employment and Labour Law Group. Her practice focuses on assisting employers with such issues as hiring, discipline, promotions, termination, human rights, employee loyalty, sexual and other forms of harassment, unions and workplace safety. She attends on mediations and hearings before administrative tribunals regulated by the Employment Standards Act, Canada Labour Code, Federal and Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontario Labour Relations Act and Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. Tracy also appears in court on wrongful dismissal and fiduciary, confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation matters. She also regularly conducts in-house training seminars on proactive employment issues. She assists employees with wrongful dismissal, employee loyalty claims and human rights complaints against their employers.
