Matt is a litigation lawyer and a member of the Litigation, Construction and Insolvency law groups. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation matters including commercial disputes, fraud, banking, professional negligence and insolvency litigation matters including contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. Matt has worked on a wide range of litigation matters including contractual disputes, injunction proceedings, real estate litigation and wrongful dismissal litigation. As a member of the Construction group, Matt has helped clients work through the completion of construction projects and through all aspects of Construction Lien proceedings.

Matt advises both corporations and individuals from a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, and automotive.

Matt regularly appears before various levels of Courts and Tribunals in Ontario on trials, applications, motions and hearings. He has been involved in mediations and arbitrations, as well as other alternative dispute resolution activities.
