Commercial Lease Negotiation and Drafting

Adam is a Partner in our Commercial Leasing group whose practice focuses primarily on commercial leasing transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail, office and industrial leases and ancillary documentation.

Adam represents landlords and tenants of all sizes, including REITs and Pension Funds with national property holdings as well as retailers with locations across Canada and the world. Adam often partners with clients to function as an outsourced real estate legal department. He has experience working with companies under bankruptcy and insolvency legislation in order to reorganize their real estate portfolios.

Adam is a frequent lecturer to the commercial leasing industry. He is also a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, BOMA and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
