Tracy is a Partner in the Employment and Labour Law Group. Her practice focuses on assisting employers with such issues as hiring, discipline, promotions, termination, human rights, employee loyalty, workplace investigations regarding harassment and bullying, unions, and workplace safety. She represents clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.
Tracy takes a proactive approach to the law and works to find solutions to her clients' concerns. Her hands-on approach enables clients to navigate employment issues without losing sight of their business. Tracy becomes involved in her client’s business by looking at the long term plan, understanding the culture of the organization, and how that impacts the client’s employee issues. With this approach, Tracy understands the background of her client’s requests and can assist with creative solutions that the client may have not considered. She also regularly conducts in-house training seminars on proactive employment issues so her clients are aware of and stay ahead of statutory requirements.
