(TSXV: EGT), a leading supplier of power control solutions for residential and commercial energy storage systems completed a best efforts short-form prospectus offering of a total of 31,363,637 common shares at a price of CAD$0.22 per share for gross proceeds of $6,900,000. The offering was led by Mackie Research Capital Corporation, a leading national Canadian investment bank.
