Minden Gross LLP congratulates Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc. (TSXV: EGLX) on the completion of its arrangement with J55 Capital Corp. (TSXV: FIVE) and Aquilini GameCo Inc. (“GameCo”), a private Canadian company, to form the leading publicly-traded esports and gaming media organization in North America on September 3, 2019.
