The Lawyer's Daily announced two lawyers who have recently joined our firm, Olga Samsonova and Justin Song.

Olga Samsonova has joined the firm as an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on advising real estate developers and REITs on the acquisition and sale of retail, office, and industrial properties, as well as vacant lands. Justin (송진원) Song has joined the firm as an Associate in the Tax Group. His practice primarily focuses on regional and international corporate tax planning. He develops comprehensive tax strategies for mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
