BIG DEAL: Nutritional High completes $5.1 million Private Placement

May 30, 2019

Nutritional High International Inc. (CSE: EAT, OTCQB: SPLIF) (the "Company") closed a private placement offering co-led by Haywood Securities Inc. and Foundation Markets Inc., pursuant to which the Company issued 18,117,000 units of the Company for gross proceeds of $3,623,400 (the “Brokered Offering”). The Company completed a concurrent non-brokered offering for the balance of the proceeds.
