Mednow Inc., a healthcare technology company that provides virtual care, has completed its upsized initial public offering for total gross proceeds of approximately $37 million. Mednow Inc. will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “MNOW”. The initial public offering was led by Gravitas Securities Inc., Eight Capital and Stifel GMP, with a syndicate that included Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd. (collectively, the “Agents”).
