BIG DEAL: Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. announces agreement to acquire Rubicon Pharmacies

Congratulations to Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. on its announcement that on March 10,Big Deal - High Fives 2022, it entered into an agreement to acquire Rubicon Pharmacies, a network of 100 retail pharmacies for total cash consideration of C$435 million.

Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. is Canada’s largest and fastest-growing network of independent pharmacies.
